Customize disk usage and email quota emails

Need the ability to customize the email that gets sent out warning about disk quota and email quota.

Current problems:

1) The email comes from the contact of the cpanel account. So the user is getting a message from themselves. They ALL think it is spam or a phishing message and don't take the message as serious.

3) There is no mention of my business name or a link to our ticket system in the email. Which makes it even more suspect.

You are currently able to modify the templates used for the notification emails. The templates for email quota and disk space can be found at the following locations:

/usr/local/cpanel/src/templates/mainacct_emailquota_notifylist/main.default

/usr/local/cpanel/src/templates/mainacct_disk_warning/main.default

For more information about these templates I'd check out our documentation on this at http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/WHMDocs/NotificationTemplate

I want to change the from address to something like no-reply@someserver.name.com because that's where it's coming from. But since the from line has the user's email it gets rejected by some servers, such as aol.com. But the documentation say you can't change the information in the [% %] fields.

Sometimes users simply don´t pay attention to these emails,

so I was wondering if it would be possible to server admins to receive a copy of these emails?
