Custom Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed for a time range

Dear cPanel,

I hope so we can custom Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed for a range of time in tweak setting.

example :

1. we can set from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed is set to 300 (or any amount)

2. we can set from 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed can be set to 50 (or any amount)

3. we can set from12:00 AM- 8:00 AM Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed can be set to 10 (or any amount)

I make this request for spam controlling issue, on office hour all of our Tech Support is online, but after office hour we cannot 100% monitor email relaying, if we can custom time range for the maximum outgoing email it will give a huge help.
