cron to verify default directories in cpanel account

As a web hosting provider I would like to be alerted when a user has removed potentially crucial cPanel account information from their account directory ( (for example: ~/etc/ or ~/mail/), so that I can work with that customer to educate them about the use of those folders and restore them from backups before the known-good backups are overwritten.
