Create Paper Lantern style override system

As a cPanel user and web hosting provider I would like to be able to create a custom Paper Lantern style by only adding the code I would like to adjust to my style, and having the remainder of the styling items inherited from the default Paper Lantern style. This would allow me to quickly and easily create additions such as the default icon group order and display (files, databases, domains etc., open/closed), as well as additions like returning the Quick Links to my cPanel interface.
