cpHulk Command Variables

As a System Administrator, I would like to request two additional parameters added to cPHulk so that we can build more accurate blocking lists. These two parameters are:

• %country_code% - Send the Country code of IP that it's blocked
• %in_blacklist% - Send a (1 blacklisted, -1 not specified, 0 whitelisted) if the attacker's IP is in blacklisted based on Country Management

cpHulk command variables should be inlcude 2 more parameters.
