cphulk blacklist/whitelist sharing

We run a number of cpanel servers.


We regularly get a number of alerts across all servers when someone is scanning things. It would be nice if we could set up all of the servers to share the cphulk lists so that we only have to ban an IP on one server and it is copied to all of the servers
