Cpanel "Remote MySQL" Add data field "Location/Purpose"

I manage quite a few servers, and it would be VERY useful if the Cpanel "Remote MySQL" listing would show the IP Address and a text field where admins can enter the location, purpose, name of organization or user that this firewall hole was opened up for.
