Service Configuration Manager Only Master Server

As a server administrator I would like cPanel to provide me a master server on which I would only manage service configurations, and any changes to those configurations would be propagated out to any servers in my cluster.
I like this idea 
cPanel, WebHost Manager and WHM are registered trademarks of cPanel, L.L.C. for providing its computer software that facilitates the management and configuration of Internet web servers.
This would be a great feature, I'd like to have a configuration server just for the purposes of configuring cPanel servers. Imagine if one of your shared servers is overloaded and propagating changes to the rest of your servers was dependent on that one server.
This would make managing a cPanel cluster / bunch of servers so much easier.
