cPanel configuration advisor

As a System Administrator, I would like a new feature that would look at my cPanel server configuration and make recommendations based off of that. Similar to what the Security Advisor does (but not for server security).

As an example, it could make recommendations on some of the more important topics such as (but not limited to):

- Enable backups on a server if it's not enabled

- Suggest ways to allow for better E-Mail deliverability (enabling "Enable SPF on domains for newly created accounts", "Enable DKIM on domains for newly created accounts" and "Monitor the number of unique recipients per hour to detect potential spammers" if it's not enabled)
