Convert Parked Domain to it's own cPanel account

As a webhosting provider I would like cPanel to expand the 'Convert Addon to Account' tool to include Aliased (Parked) domains, so that I can easily extract a parked domain and its user accounts (e.g.: email, ftp, etc) to their own account.
