Configure SpamAssassin Memory Limit resource_limit_mem in WHM

As a system administrator, I would like the ability to change the default memory limit of SpamAssassin directly in WHM, instead of via the local.cf file, so that it’s configuration is more accessible and administrators are more aware of its existence.

SpamAssassin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::ResourceLimits has a small default memory limit 256mb.

When the limit is reached, exim logs:

...detected message as NOT spam ()

Rather than having to change this in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf could it not be a WHM setting? That would at least raise awareness of it's existence, besides making it easier to configure.
