Confidentiality notice for all outgoing emails

This can be accomplished on a per email address basis by adding an email signature. Are you wanting the ability to append a particular email signature for all email addresses under a particular domain name?

Yes. I want to add it from Cpannel or WHM.

adding email signatures from client application individualy is not practical because we have about 200 email accounts in my domain.

Is It possible to add footer (email disclaimer) through cpannel or WHM ?

Is there any change of this feature to be implemented or not?

It would be quite good, with further options, not only by domain, but with the possibility of selection which mail we want it.

Please cPanel, do consider this.

It would be a good idea as often there are legal or regulatory reasons for appending a disclaimer or somesuch. I agree that it is impossible with many clients and devices. A server based solution is the only catch-all in this case.

How.would you do this ? Emails are sent with both text and html versions as well as attachements and all in the same file. Sounds very complicated to achieve and also quite likly to cause errors with diferent email clients.

This would be nice to see within cPanel. Specifically for more business/corporate customers who want to keep some kind of system in place.

I would be great for WHM/cPanel team to include this feature. Just to notice, this feature exists on Exchange server.

this feature is still requested by users, we propose a managed hosting service and we need to manage signature from central point, it's very hard to manage the signature account by account
