Condensed view of "List accounts" or control of columns

While I like having all that functionality on the list accounts page, and the easy sorting that it offers, it's getting too wide/too much info shown on initial view. I would either like

- some of that info moved down into the details area (when you hit + and you can change password, change plan, etc)

- OR better to retain the ability to sort - keep that info in the columns, but have the ability to collapse/expand columns on the fly (have it remember and present the same view next time I go in)
