chkservd notification email - Add process name in message when killing timed out processes.

Currently chksrvd sends out notification email when it killed a timed out child process, and in the notification email it mentions the pid it killed.


Any chance we can also include the process name it killed? This would help a lot in figuring out which process is causing the issue, and should improve user experience.
