Change max_allowed_packet also for mysqldump

As a WHM admin, I would like WHM/cPanel to also change max_allowed_packet for mysqldump when selecting WHM to handle max_allowed_packet in "tweak settings" in WHM.

max_allowed_packet=XXXXXX
