Box trapper. more user friendly controls

As a web-hosting provider, I would like a better GUI for Boxtrapper that is more user-friendly so that it is simpler for customers to use as a blacklist or whitelist, as it currently has no means to search for an address that may have been accidentally blacklisted, and because of the challenge of all the special characters.

Can we get a better GUI for boxtrapper that is more user-friendly? I have had so many complaints from customers not being able to manage white / black lists because of the special characters and no means to search for an address that may have been accidentally black listed. As a consequence many customers simply won't or can't use boxtrapper. Some have had to resort to passing incoming mail through a third party mail filter service paying $$$ to do what boxtrapper can but with easy to use front end.
