Better notification when logged in as a reseller or root user.

Now when logged in as a reseller or root user there is an exclamation mark in the top bar next to the bell icon. Clicking it and you see Information: You are logged in as a reseller or root user.


Instead, how about making it possible to have the whole top bar (.navbar-cpanel and .navbar-inverse) coloured red or a configurable colour so we have an obvious visual clue.
