Better Backup Retention / Rotation Features

WHM should allow for daily backups to retained at least 7-10 days in the past, appending a DATETIME value that uniquely identifies when the backup is taken. If a user plans to send their account backups to a remote location, this process should occur before remote transfer.


Weekly backups should also never be taken at the same time as a daily backup.
