Backup user selection On reseller WHM basis

As a hosting provider, I would like the ability to either enable or disable automatic backups for a reseller (and all it’s cPanel accounts) by toggling the feature so that I can offer automatic backups as a value add-on.

I sell daily backup as a separate add-on to my reseller. I need to review new cPanel account created on daily basis and then need to deactivate automatic daily backup for the cPanel created by a reseller who hasn't purchased the daily backup.

It would be great if I could mark a reseller for automatic backup and then every account created by him could get automatic backup turned on automatically. Otherwise, is the reseller haven't bought the backup add-on, cPanel created by them get automatic backup turned off.
