Backup transport requeue

I would like to see some adjustment options for the backup retry or requeue settings.

Currently, if cpbackup transporter can't connect to the remote backup transfer will fail and transporter will continue with the next backup archive, leaving all failed backup archives on the local server (using valuable SSD space and leaving us without backup archives on the remote server).

Now, I would like to have an option to setup for how long and how many times transporter should retry with the same file before gives up and continue with the next backup file. Or at least an option to requeue all failed transports for additional attempts.
