AutoSSL - CAA failure warnings to enduser in cPanel

As a System Administrator, I would like for a warning message to be displayed to users when the AutoSSL performs a CAA check that fails to install SSL for domains, which then remain as pending in the AutoSSL queue, so that the users are made aware they need to fix the CAA and re-run the queue for their domain.

As a server administrator, we can see that AutoSSL does perform CAA check, and it will fail to install SSL for domains that have this and the domain will just be pending in the AutoSSL queue for many days.

We would like this warning/error to shown to customers when they run AutoSSL inside cPanel for their domains.

And when they have fixed the CAA, they can re-run the queue for their domain.
