Automatically Delete New Spam (Auto-Delete) - Tweak Settings of Global Server Config

As a systems administrator, I would like a global setting in Tweak Settings to enable “Automatically Delete New Spam (Auto-Delete) by default on all accounts so that we don’t have to manually enable this setting for each new client after account creation.

  Please add another setting in the global "tweak settings" to allow the "Automatically Delete New Spam (Auto-Delete)" to be enabled by default, which is currently only found in the user's individual cPanel account.
  We are having to manually enable Auto-Deletion of spam setting for each client after each account that is created, otherwise they complain at some of the spam their receive.
  It would be a time saver to have the ability to enable it by default for all new accounts created.
