Auto-selecting accounts in the Transfer Tool after providing a list of accounts to transfer

In the Transfer Tool currently, if you have a list of accounts that you want to transfer in a file you have to select each of the accounts manually. Provide a place somewhere on the Transfer Tool page where you could provide a flat list of accounts such as:

1. cptest
2. cptest1
3. cptestz

Then it would select them from the list of accounts on the Transfer Tool page automatically.

This would especially come in handy for the Migrations Team, as currently if a customer wants us to migrate a specific list of accounts we have to click each one which is tedious and could be prone to mistakes. Reference ticket: 7607017 and 7597351.
