Atomic Saves in the new Website Editor

(Feature Request on behalf of a question asked during the Q&A portion of the 11.40 Webinar on 2013-09-19)

The new Website Editor found in 11.40 should perform Atomic Saves, rather than updating the file directly. When the user opens a webpage, a duplicate of the webpage should be created and all updates made to the duplicate. When the user has finished, the duplicate should then 'write-over' the original in one atomic operation.
