As a WHM user I would like the Edit privileges interface to be improved for shell priveleges

Currently when editing a reseller privileges in WHM I have two options for shell access in the Package privileges section :


Prevent Accounts from being created with shell access

Allow Creation of Packages with Shell access


If Prevent Accounts from being created with shell access is selected, it shouldn't be possible to select Allow Creation of Packages with Shell access.


I made this mistake (forgot to deselect Prevent Accounts from being created with shell access) and this caused confusion for users how created packages with shell access but couldn't access shell.
