Able select which accounts have compressed backups

As a WHM user, I want to be able select which accounts have compressed backups, so that I can save resources on sites that compressing has little benefit.

Allow for different accounts to be backed up in different ways. Their big thing was having some accounts have compressed backups and others (e.g. those that are mostly thumbnail files) not have compressed backups.
