Intermediate Domains (Stop Gap Domains)

As a Hosting Provider, I want Intermediate Domains (Stop Gap Domains), so that users will not have to wait for DNS propagation to access their site.

Basically when a user signs up for hosting services they may need to wait for DNS propagation before their domain (let's say: example.com) can be accessed directly. In the interim the hosting provider creates a Parked Domain via WHM of something like example.com.HostingProviderExample.com (where HostingProviderExample.com is the hosting company's website).

we would like this based on the server hostname. We often do this manually because old user base urls don't work with htaccess rewrites.

We have done this via registering a unique name for every server. i.e. madrooster-server1.com and pointing the DNS nameservers at the server's primary nameservers.

Then creating a parked domain using the account's username on each cpanel account. i.e. jimbob.madrooster-server1.com.

We have been using postwww to but have been looking to to convert it over to use Managed Hooks, as postwww is being depreciated.
