apache master global access log

As a System Administrator, I would like to see an option to have a master/ global apache access log file so that it is easier to monitor abuses instead of monitoring logs by domain.

Right now it is difficult to monitor abuses, due to no central/master apache log. I cannot tail domlogs due to there are thousands of accounts on each machine.
