Allow use of 24 Hour display of time and date stamps

The time and date stamps used in the following interfaces are hard coded to 12 Hour display mode:

  • Email Auto responder
  • View Sent Summary
  • Mail Delivery Reports
  • View Relayers
  • Mail Queue Manager

The operating system is set to use 24 Hour display, not 12 Hour. I would like to configure cPanel & WHM to use 24 Hour display.

My Email account is also set to default 24 hour time mode so what's the problem here?
