Allow usage of cPanel's new password field in custom plugins

As a plugin developer, I would like to have the ability to make use of cPanel's new user-manager password field.

Currently we have access to methods like header and footer in the CPANEL object, I would like to also have a method for adding a password field to my plugin that is identical to all of cPanel's own password fields (with password strength and password generator). This function could take as option the field name prefix for both password fields (password and confirmation field).

We would also need a method to check password strength on the server side.

This makes sense in order to have a unified aspect to the whole cPanel interface and to make it easier for plugin developpers to request a secure password.
