Allow to select multiple databases in mysql repair utility in WHM

When a server crash happens lots of Mysiam databases can get currupted.


The mysql rapair database feature currently only allows one database to be selected at a time.


It would make sense if this tool would allow WHM admins to select multiple databases so they could repair all of the databases quickly without needing to log into SSH to perform this task.
