Allow Cpanel client to display a custom message on Webmail select screen.

Just like how cPanel server admins can display a custom message on customers WHM, allow a customer to add a message on Webmail select screen. See screenshot as an example.

cPanel, WebHost Manager and WHM are registered trademarks of cPanel, L.L.C. for providing its computer software that facilitates the management and configuration of Internet web servers.
It is unlikely that this is something that will be considered in the short term, as it would be awkward and unwieldy in my opinion to start adding "news bulletin" features to every single page that gets requested.
As usual, I'd like to hear if there is significant demand for this feature, but the current stance would be to recommend that you use the existing theme system if you have significant demands/requirements for such bulletins on various portions of the cPanel & WHM interface.
