Allow conversion to mdbox for archive accounts

As a server administrator, I would like to be able to convert all email accounts to mdbox to take advantage of its benefits, including the archive account (from the cPanel > Email > Archive feature). Currently, the archive account remains in maildir format even after converting an entire cPanel account to mdbox, and it is not possible to convert the archive account manually with the conversion script.
