Allow Contact Notification Settings to Be Easily Exported and Imported

As a systems administrator of many cPanel/WHM servers, I would like for the ability to export the contact notification settings (found in WHM > Server Contacts > Contacts Manager - Notifications tab) and then be able to import them into another server so that I do not need to spend large amounts of time setting up 25+ notifications individually for each server.
