Allow accounts to be copied between 2 servers that share the same remote MySQL server

Summary: if 2 servers share the same remote MySQL server, accounts cannot be transferred between them. The only workaround is to use cpmig.sh (https://raw.github.com/CpanelInc/cPMigration/PUBLIC/cpmig.sh).

This is a request to implement the same functionality as the cpmig.sh utility (see the "-R" option).
