Add value max_input_vars in "PHP Configuration Editor"

Hi every body,
In PHP Configuration Editor we have a lot of value but not max_input_vars because this value is not define in php.ini but the default value is 1000,
In some case, like With PrestaShop with the translation form; we need to increase this to 5000 and we must do it manually with shell access,
It's will be a good feature to add this configuration in "Advanced Mode" tab,
