Add support for a non-systemd OS after the v6 OSes go EOL

As a cPanel User, System Administrator, and web-hosting provider I would like to see support for an OS, by March 2020, that does not use the systemd approach so that server stability and uptimes are maximized.

==================================

Hi cPanel,

Request:

Please consider adding support for an OS that does not use the systemd approach (monolithic piece of software running with root privileges) by approximately March or April 2020.

Reason:

Maximum server stability. After CentOS 6, CloudLinux 6, and RHEL 6 go end of life cPanel will no longer have a supported OS with the stability my customers require.

Considerations:

While I use Devuan on my desktop, which does also work in a server environment, my expectation is that a yum derivative would be a logic choice based upon cPanel's current support for yum.

Thank you,

Michael

Note: Please, do not discuss systemd in this thread. There is entirely enough discussion elsewhere. A search engine will return anything and everything you desire on the topic.
