Add new virtual hosts at the end of httpd.conf

Open Discussion

New virtual hosts (when adding a subdomain or addn for example) for accounts on dedicated ip addresses are currently addedd before the virtual host of the main domain in httpd.conf.

This will change what content is displayed when accessing the main domain through its ip address.

Can be fixed by adding virtual hosts that use dedicated IPs at the end of httpd.conf or by running /scripts/buildhttpdconf immediately
