Add LimitRecursion to WHM FTP Server Configuration

As a server admin, I would like to be able to modify LimitRecursion setting via WHM, so I do not need to manually edit files.

As this post puts it:

" It's not 1988 anymore. FTP directories can very well have over 10000 files and it kind of sucks that I have to manually think about reverting this setting every time my WHM updates. When I forget, I have users complaining they can only list 9999 files."

I think it should be a higher setting by default, or at least give an option to easily increase it in WHM interface.
