Add "disable_functions" to MultiPHP INI Editor, Basic Mode

As a System Administrator and reseller of VPS servers, I would like to add disable_functions to MultiPHP INI Editor, basic mode, and add a text field to the UI, which would allow admins to paste their comma separated list of desired PHP functions to be disabled, so that this would allow increased security across all cPanel servers. I’ve seen an increase in how new sysadmins use the Basic Mode of the MultiPHP INI Editor, and they usually forget to block dangerous PHP functions, which pose a major breach in server settings.
