Add Cron Jobs for ClamAV

As a cPanel user, I would like a plugin that updates ClamAVs virus definitions and scans servers/accounts so that a user without command-line experience can easily complete these tasks.

I would like to have two new cron items added to Web Host Manager's cron jobs:

1. Update ClamAV virus definitions

2. Automatically Scan Server/Accounts

Both cron jobs currently can be set up by command line only as explained in the documentation here:

It would be easier for laypersons to simply install the plugin which comes bundled with WHM/cPanel and set up these necessary cron jobs with the other cron jobs like upcp, backup, and cpbackup.
