Add CC field to "Email All Users" WHM page

As a WHM user, I would like to add a CC and BCC field in the “email all users” page in WHM so that I can email all account owners on our WHM installation and BCC members of our administration team on the email for tracking and transparency.

I have a need to email all account owners on our WHM installation. But as I'm part of a support team, I need to include them on any communications that is sent out. Can I get a CC: field and/or a BCC: field on the "Email All Users" page? Thanks in advance.
