Add a tool to help with manual migration from PLESK backups

As a cPanel user, I would like the ability to transfer a Plesk account into my cPanel account without root access so that I am able to migrate an account on my own without root access or assistance from my hosting company.

It is quite difficult to move from PLESK to CPanel if a users does not have their own dedicated server with root access to it. I assume others are in the same position as I am where our hosting company does not provide root access unless you have a dedicated server. I am stuck with a complicated move at this point as there are over 200 email accounts that are needed to be recreated. It would be great if there was a tool to assist or help automate this process. I hope you do consider this feature addition.
