abuseipdb link to modsecurity

As a system administrator, I would like the ability to connect the AbuseIPDB API (which reports continually abusive IP addresses) with IP restriction tools in WHM (mod_security, CSF, etc) in order to automatically report or assist in blocking abusive IPs.

I use AbusePIDB to report IP addresses that are continually abusive. They have an API and it would be great to be able to link either modsecurity config to them (or CSF though I realise that's an external third party). It would then automatically report the offending IP.
