Abitlity to Add Custom icons in Resellers Panel

Can re-sellers of web hosting companies add custom buttons in their cPanel.

Most hosting companies are apprehensive about installing new apps as they think the new app may not be a best fit for all re-sellers or may be because they don't want to burn their pockets.I want to ask is there a provision where a re-seller can add custom icon with a link to a page or app? This way resellers can offer unique tools to boost sales. This will have two fold benefit:1) A lot of apps and software company will flood in trying to attract resellers. Eventually good for the industry.2) We all know hosting company owners work on razor sharp margins. This may pass the burden of new software purchases to the resellers.
