Ability to restore a backup for a reseller client after deletion

Suppose a reseller client account is deleted because of failure for payment.

Is there any way to restore that account from backup?

Seems to be an oversight not to be able to do this, or does this require R1 software? Is there anyway for a reseller to restore a client's account from backup in whm?

If not, it seems valuable, or at least give a warning
