Ability to remove DNS Zone locally - not from DNS cluster itself

As a System Administrator, web-hosting provider, I would like the ability to remove DNS Zone locally, but not from the DNS cluster itself so that I can remove DNS zone of domain that is already not served from this local server, but it's still served from another server, that is connected to same DNS Cluster

Being able to cleanup or remove DNS zones locally on servers that are attached to a DNS cluster would be beneficial, especially in case when account whit Domian was transferred to another server, that is being connected to same DNS Cluster. In such situation when account is terminated on source server, user need to check "Keep DNS Zone", so such domain wont be removed from DNS Cluster itself.

Such option should be available from WHM > DNS Function
