Ability for a user to select a domain to be added to skiprbldomains

As a System Administrator, I would like a feature improvement that would let a user, from the cPanel web interface, to select the domains he owns that should be skipped for RBL check, so the domains would be automatically added to or removed from the /etc/skiprbldomains file.
