A plugin to create subdomain of host or chosen domain as alternative whilst DNS propagation

Optimum speed of site requires Mod_dso or fastcgi, but can't make use of mod_userdir ie http://hostip/~cpaneluser, as this is only possible with SuPHP.


Therefore, require option that cpaneluser.host.com can be used so clients can access/ see their site function during this propagation period.
