a more robust include and exclude which goes beyond just the user directories.

As a System Administrator, I would like to be able to select additional files beyond user directories for backup so that it is more like the include/exclude is handled within the extras folder, which has a more intuitive configuration.

At present the include and exclude applies only to the users selected for backup. It would be nice to be more robust and also be able to include and exclude other files we would like to include in the backup.

Include is handled pretty nicely with extras folder. Maybe an exclude folder which worked like the extras folder. rename extras to includes to make the configuration more intuitive.
